Leadership is a long run.
Discipline gets you there.
Helping education and organizational leaders gain clarity, strengthen their leadership habits, and navigate challenges with greater confidence.
Most leaders reach a level where the title changes, but the leadership doesn’t.
You’re managing more people, more initiatives, more noise. But are you leading better than you were two promotions ago, or just carrying more weight? That gap between position and real influence is what GROWTH Leadership helps leaders close.
About Me
Leading by example, one consistent rep at a time.

More is caught than taught.
I’ve spent 18 years in education with 10 of those years leading technology teams in K-12, including a 45-person support team. What I learned is that people rarely become what you tell them to be. They become what they watch you do, day after day.
I run the same way I lead: consistently, early, and on the days I don’t feel like it. Now I help leaders turn good intentions into habits that hold.
Not sure where to start? Let’s have a conversation, no pressure.
Services
How We Can Work Together
1:1 Coaching
For executives and emerging managers carrying more than they planned for. We clarify what matters, build the habits that support it, and keep you accountable to them.
School Leader Coaching
For principals, assistant principals, and district leaders. Confidential, practical coaching for the pressure of leading adults, building culture, and still having something left at home.
Mastermind Cohorts
A small group of leaders, a steady rhythm, and honest peer feedback. Built for leaders who want accountability and perspective, not another webinar.
The G.R.O.W.T.H. Framework
Six stages that move a leader from scattered to steady. Each builds on the last.
